工作职责 Responsibility
1、负责统筹本岗位的日常工作，本岗位的规章制度，程序文件、作业指导的制定、实施及执行。
◆Responsible for overall planning of daily work at this position,formulation,implementation and execution of regulations,procedures,and work instructions.
2、负责管理好国际客户关系，定期与客户会议项目进度，并汇报项目进度。
◆Responsible for managing international customer relationships,holding regular meetings with customers to report Ｏn project progress.
3、负责协调组织解决项目过程中技术上的难题，确保项目按时投产。
◆Responsible for coordinating and solving technical problems during project processes to ensure timely project delivery.
4、负责组织本岗位员工对专业技术知识和新工艺技术的学习，不断提高整体技术水平。 ◆Responsible for organizing employees at this position to learn professional and technical knowledge and new process technologies to continuously improve overall technical level.
其它任职资格要求 Other Qualifications Requirements
1、熟悉塑胶产品结构原理和常用塑料原材料的应用：
◆Familiar with the structural principles of plastic products and the application of common plastic raw materials;
2、熟悉项目开发流程，有国际客户项目管理经验：
◆Familiar with the project development process,with experience in managing international customer projects;
3、熟悉注塑模具结构和注塑工艺：
◆Familiar with injection mold structure and injection molding process;
4、熟悉全球宝洁、庄臣等国际客户的项目标准及验收要求：
◆Familiar with project standards and acceptance requirements of international customers such as P&G and SCJ;
5、了解冲压生产及工艺：
◆Understanding of stamping production and technology:
6、了解ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等质量管理体系:
◆Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9001,ISO14001,and ISO45001. 7、机械工程专业.
◆Major Of Mechanical Engineering.
